  Well I felt like I new Mr.Buss personally. Not pushy.very friendly. VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE of his business. He listened to all my concerns and guided me in the best for me direction .I would most definitely recommend allstate because I honestly felt like I was in Good hands.   I was very impressed with Allstate insurance rates and I must say Progressive ripped me off and I’m glad I decided to look into Allstate.   This is my third year with Allstate. The office personnel at Roberts Allstate agency are very cordial and empathetic. Clear explanations of what is covered. Not pushy or in a hurry. As a customer, I am always looking for maximum protection for the most economical price. Insurance, by nature, is a tradeoff between those two factors. I like the incentives Allstate offers for good driving and claimless record. Trust becomes key as I chose my carrier. "Will they come through for me when I have a claim?" I can't evaluate them yet on their response, since I've never filed a claim.
