  If I could leave a zero I would. I came in on a Tuesday evening and ordered a footlong sub and a cheese pizza and was charged $43.64 for it. Somebody at the store added themselves a tip for the same amount the food was. $21.82. I did not leave any tip so this is stealing. I called the store the next morning and a very rude and unprofessional lady answered the phone with an attitude from the start was very hateful and so very rude. I have never been spoken to this way from a employee at any store. She told me it was my banks problem and not hers. I asked her name and she proceeded to hang up on me. Beware of your credit card payments and check your receipt upon leaving every time. I will never return to this store. I still can't believe how I was treated. I will be calling my bank to dispute and stop payment. I just feel the situation could of been handled better.

  Newport has a special deal...order a 15$ sub and get like 3 black olives, 4 pieces of onion, 2 pieces of spinach....yall be super skimp on the veg! Give people what they pay for and stop being so CHEAP!

  The food is good, but the drive through screen doesn't always work. And so you're better off to pull up to the drive through and tell them your order there or just go in.
