Get over 20 wings. Good only 1 thing of ranch. ( I want an extra sauce I had to pay for it 👎🏻)

Usually go to other wingstops, but stopped at this one on the way back home during a trip. We had a fantastic time, only blip in the trip was stopping at this WingStop. Horrible experience. Edit: I reached out to wingstop through the link provided 7 days ago, and have not received a callback or an update

They gave us a wrong order the same with the two couple right next to our table, the manager was very apologetic. It was all the cashier’s fault. I can tell that she’s not into her job. Just chilling when we ordered. We finished eating our fries before the order arrived, they also put too much sauce so me and my husband ended up feeling gross and just ate the fries. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh, but still mediocre. The "wings" are mostly small legs and the actual wings have hardly any meat. Fries are about a 6 out of 10.
