  Today I walked into wing stop and ordered food 5 mins later I got the food after I said I want the wing to be well done, I know it takes extra time to cook! I watched the guy from front counter redrop the fries and the gave them to me. Every cook except one was on her phone. I don’t know who is in charge of management now but it was never like this before not to mention I do come here often enough to notice.

  If you order online, they’ll look you straight in the eye & ignore you. They’ll package up & hand orders that came after your order to other people. Then get an attitude for trying to get their attention. I FINALLY get my food and it’s not even fresh. I’m pretty sure she’s the manger the obese Hispanic lady, I don’t know if they don’t speak English but the customer service needs to be better from everyone.

  I come here once a week, there's a new manager named Karol and she is the most kindest soul and such a great manager!! I can tell such a difference in the food, the drinks, the freshness even the drinks taste fresh that means everything is being cleaned correctly! Any time I've came here lately I'm always greeted with a smile and the sweetest energy from Karol, she's always so attentive and cleaning something and the staff looks happy working beautifully! Thank you to the staff and the manager Karol for keeping this Wingstop my goto place! God bless<333

  5 stars to these guys! A professional atmosphere with some fresh food! That brownie was gooey and moist and soft! I will most definitely be eating here again!
