  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store in Antioch. I especially want to recognize Lynn for her outstanding customer service. When she noticed I was struggling with my package, she immediately stepped in to help without hesitation. Lynn was patient, professional, and genuinely kind. She made what could have been a stressful situation quick and easy to resolve. It's refreshing to encounter someone who takes the initiative to assist customers and goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Thank you, Lynn, for your help and positive attitude. You are a tremendous asset to The UPS Store, and because of employees like you, I will gladly continue doing business here. Highly recommended!

  Jhinny did an excellent job helping me recreate the color copies from my original files. She was patient, professional, and paid close attention to details to make the copies look as close to the originals as possible. I truly appreciate her effort, dedication, and willingness to help.   This UPS is awesome!! Great location! The people that work there are very fast and efficient. Jessica is one of my favorites, she's always so nice, even when people are lined up out the door! But all of the associates I've dealt with are always nice. Again very convenient location!!
