  Lucky and Michelle were very helpful and showed incredible customer service. This is a well run store and rarely has long lines. I highly recommend this UPS.

  I’ve been using this UPS Store for my mailbox service for over 3 years, and I couldn't be happier. The convenience of being able to receive packages from ALL carriers (not just UPS) is a massive plus. The team (Paul, Lucky, RJ, Michelle and Tony) are all incredibly friendly and efficient. Whenever I walk in, they always recognize me, know my box number and grab my packages quickly. A++ customer service!

  Friendly service, fast and knowledgeable. Michelle was wonderful. She told me all the options and made sure I was in and out quickly. She even reinforced my box with extra tape.

  They don’t know how to notarize things correctly. I had the single page that needed my authorization. They refused to do it until they read my private, confidential legal document. When I insisted that they just needed to verify my identity and notarize my signature they refused to do it until he could read my legal complaint violating my privacy. Never come here if you don’t want your privacy violated. To owner: I printed an 8 page complaint for my own records, which cost me $9 which is ridiculous. It was not part of the 1 page oath I was getting notarized. You insisted on looking at the 8 page confidential legal document in order to have the 1 page oath notarized. As a notary, you aren’t verifying documents. You are verifying identity and that the person signed freely. You can quickly scan the document to see if there are blank spaces. That is it. When I gave you the legal document, you looked intently at the first page only clearly reading it. I had to take it back from you to stop you reading my document. And you never just scanned the whole thing quickly looking for blank spaces.
