  I came to this UPS Store to get some papers signed & shipped off & the notary i believe his name was Josh really was helpful and show made sure I had everything taken care of. They all seem to have fun at what they do and they are also very wonderful with the customer service they provide.

  I gave this rating because March 22, I went to 73 White Bridge Pk. Nashville Tennessee and had the best experience from the employees working there. It was 2 sweet young ladies that greeted me. I don't remember their names. From the moment I walked in they both had the most welcoming approach. They both helped me with returning my items to Amazon. ( You could honestly tell that they love their job and their customers.) It was my very first time returning items . They both helped me and were so kind. The rest of the world should get some training from these young ladies. Warm welcome. Treating your customers with kindness is what it’s all about. They did all of these things. Excellent Customer Service Support! I will definitely be using this store now for all returns. Not only was customer service great the cleanliness of the store was excellent. What a wonderful experience.
