  We needed to setup a mailbox for multiple deliveries of larger boxes for a summer program. Start to finish has been such a great experience. Brody was super helpful setting things up and getting us going. We get notifications for deliveries and after arriving at the store, Quinn and Lexi were super friendly, helpful and very easy to work with. By far the best experience I've been a part of with a UPS or FedEx store. Highly recommend using this location for the amazing customer experience.

  Just got a notary done at this store and dropped some packages off. Smooth and easy visit, all the employees were great. It was a bit busy but things ran professionally and wait was not bad.

  Follow-up to previous post. Visited the store to talk to the manager, Parrouch who was walking in when I was leaving. Tried to explain that the previous confrontation was his responsibility, that he misunderstood something because he was on the phone at the time. He began almost yelling at me in the parking lot, berating me in front of other customers. Using at least one cuss word. In both cases, Parrousch acted impulsively and inappropriately. In short, this guy has the EQ of a nine year old. He is just not suited to be a downline employee, much less a manager. Would recommend you avoid this location unless you are fond of confrontations. BTW, if I had been as impulsive and attacking as Parrousch, would've ended up in a fist fight which probably have delighted him, he outweighs me by about 40 pounds.
