  My package arrive to there destination since 8-1 And today Tuesday the package just left there facility in others words they have the availity to do a good job but they don’t do it usps does a better job try not using this guys this is in a very short time the second time they either loss a package I order or delay my package there shipping is terrible I won’t choose them or order anything with them shipping I am asking every place I make a order not to use ups because I have so many time try and they keep doing something wrong like I say even usps they charge less and they allways bring my boxes 1 day before even thre days early they no they reather keep ur box sitting two days or more in there warehouse so I don’t recommend I want to give less then one star ⭐️ to this company they in nashville terrible at there job .

  We needed to send some extra luggage home before our flight and Brody was super helpful! He gave us our pricing options, he adding padding to our suitcase, and it only took us about 15 minutes! Thanks UPS

  BEST UPS STORE EVER!!! Recently Lexi & Brody at this store were absolutely amazing in every way one could hope. In a complex and time-sensitive out-of-state move ~ They both helped me figure out how both to pack AND ship multiple boxex ~ They were genuinely interested in helping me ship multiple boxes in the most economical ways ~ They did so while also making sure everything would be safe ~ Both were so kind, friendly and proactive around my needs Have used this store for simple shipping needs & staff are always lovely. Amazingly surface space for last-minute packing/re-arranging needs. I am so very grateful to you both (and everyone else at the store). You really came through for me during an intense & stressful time. Thank you, thank you!!!
