  Usually, the store is nice, and I have never had a bad interaction with any of the staff until today. One of the staff named Micheal is a very rude and unfriendly person. He was outwardly sullen and miserable the entire time I was in the store. I am convinced if he had managed eye contact while he was processing my package, which he didn't, he would have vomited. He looked like he could barely contain his contempt. I have no clue why. After repeatedly (four times) asking him to speak up he still would not raise his voice to anything above a low mumble. This was my first interaction with this person, and I will make sure it is the last. If you hate your job and/or your customers that much go find another one. I cannot fathom how awful it must be to work with him. After relaying my experience to some others, they instantly knew who I was talking about. Says a lot.

  If every UPS location had these guys on staff and running it, the world would be a better place. Couldn’t be more efficient, nice and capable. Come here often and recently had to have passport photos taken. Done in 5 min. I mean comeon. Any other UPS location and you’re waiting for forever, just to roll up to a staff member who couldn’t care less. It’s telling that there’s literally regulars who stroll in all the time and have entire convos with these guys. Just a really, really well-run neighborhood UPS store. Can’t recommend them enough!

  The associate Carole was really rude and stuck up. I told her to have a good day and she ignored me. She made me feel like I was annoying her because I came in 20 mins from closing. I've never felt more unwelcomed at a business in my life. Will never visit location again.
