  Upon entering this UPS store location, I was immediately greeted with prompt and friendly service. Louise was extremely helpful and patient in answering my questions while also assisting with packaging my box. She was efficient and took care of my needs quickly. I highly recommend this location for your future shipping services.

  I strictly use this store for shipments / returns everyone is always so kind and patient and even helped me get set up w an app that took time to help save me money on shipping out my merchandise. Louise helped me today and she was so helpful and efficient! 🤍 it’s nice when a mundane task is something to look forward to because the staff has cultivated a sweet environment.

  Today while sending a package at the UPS Store on West End Ave, I was assisted by Danni. She was very courteous and helpful. It’s refreshing to get good customer service, which I always get whenever I visit this location. Thanks Danni.

  Key, was a great help. I stumbled in with a pile of Amazon returns. Key dove in and methodically lnocked them out of the park one after another. Great work completely competent great customer facing session from him. Thanks so much

  I love coming to this location! Everyone is always so friendly and in a great mood, which makes every visit enjoyable. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Louise, and she was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful. She made the experience even better. Excellent customer service!
