  They somehow took my review down. They wanted to charge me for a piece of tape. I don’t t feel like going over all the details but this place is poorly run and owner must be seriously cheap. I’ll put another review in next time they cancel this one. I’d got to Glenbrook store.

  A man named Jeff just helped me and he was by far the kindest UPS person I have ever interacted with. Was so pleasant and friendly and 1000% deserves a raise because it’s people like him that would actively make me choose UPS over FedEx or another shipping company!

  Horrible service, they marked my living address as a business and delayed service because they were wrong. If I hadn’t caught their mistake/had been traveling, I’d have never noticed and never gotten my stuff. The people at this location are incompetent and lazy. The place is so understaffed, i’d avoid this location and go somewhere with better/more staff and a more capable manager. The manager was super lazy and unhelpful on the phone. She offered no help and only apologies that felt fake and weak.
