    Stopped in to order. The employee was just finishing up with another customer. As I waited a third customer walked in and got a bottle of water from the refrigerator. Instead of next in line, I was skipped for the customer who came in after me. I let it be know that I was next in line but he continued to help the person technically behind me. You could have done that but you should have asked me first since I was next in line. I left because of disrespect and horrible customer service.

    This store owner is horrible. The store is run poorly and the owner was very disrespectful. Even after inconveniently charging me and not giving me my order, they still were rude and did not help - he told me to step aside from the order line and wouldn’t take my order. Definetly don’t support this store and be careful!

    Hi there I work at Vanderbilt hospital right up the road from this location and usually eat to the subway on property at Vanderbilt but this particular day va Vanderbilt's location was closed so went to this location at 22st I had placed a lage order for me and my colleagues so when we noticed there was 2 hole sandwiches missing out of our order I immediately call back to 22st subway to speak to someone about the inconvenience after several attempts never got single person on the phone....wich is Absurd, running a business in this fashion.I do not recommend doing business at this location also went back to her in person And they still with my receipt was not able to help me because of it not being the same day of service which is funny because I tried calling several times that day complete trash employees. Place was dirty and also
