The service I received here was abysmal. Brittany has zero customer service skills. I'm not a sandwich builder, let's say that first. So she moves down and I think she forgets my pickles. I kindly remind her not to forget my pickles. Nothing rude. I received horrible attitude telling me I didn't give her one damn second, my response is whoa take it easy. And hers is something to the effect I'll be going out the door without service if I keep it up. Talking to me like I'm a child, or like a booty call that stayed too long. I did not get the manager's name and I will say she was very kind however she didn't seem to phased by Britney's attitude. I would say the whole place is used to hurt toxic attitude. Buyer beware lol If you have to deal with Brittany I apologize in advance for your miserable experience.
I didn't even want to give this place one star 😔 my husband went there today and he was served by Brittany he simply asked her not to forget the pickle and she went ballistic, screaming at him and tell him he needed to wait til she put it on there, then when he spoke to the manager about her poor attitude with him he was simply met with more rudeness. I don't understand why there is review after review about bad attitudes and poor customer service and nothing is being down. My husband will not be going back to this place and I don't think anyone will visit this place twice smh some one needs to do some training and teach the employees there how to act.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. I arrived around 9 AM for a DoorDash pickup and was completely ignored while the manager finished making bread—no greeting, no acknowledgment. When she finally helped me, she argued with me about the correct pickup process and refused to provide the receipt needed to confirm the order.
When I pointed out the lack of basic customer service, she said what she was doing was “more important” than helping me. She also refused to give her name and prevented another employee from assisting.
Unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable behavior—especially from a manager. I won’t be spending my money here.

Friday lunch, I ordered a new sandwich and the lady preparing it rudely just says “no, we can’t customize that one.” And proceeds to put stuff on it that I didn’t want. Why would I go to Subway except to pick what I want on my sandwich? Huge FAIL, and the lady was a jerk about it… oh, and the sandwich was lousy too.
