  Trash complete trash they don't want to give you no veggies barley put anything on the sandwich and they cancel online orders to keep from using coupons and make you wait 7-10 business days for a refund you never asked for

  So this is a normal subway in a loves travel center, but the experience I just had with the customer service was amazing. First, Connie is super sweet. All I wanted was a sub. She then she "upsold" me into a combo because it was cheaper than just the sandwich, I'm guessing it was some deal. Now Connie may not be the fastest at making sandwiches but here's the thing, she made this sandwich with love. Everything perfect. Cheese placement, meat placement, even the shredded lettuce was placed perfectly on the bread. I can't tell y'all how much this means to me. Love is the most important ingredient in anything. More places need a Connie type person working there.

  This place needs to at least try to adhere to they’re hours of operation. They’re supposed to be open until nine tonight and they’re already closed. I see people back there working behind the counter that happens all the time at this location management really needs to get their stuff together.
