  I wish I could give this Subway location ZERO stars. I have been coming here for YEARS, and after what happened today, I will NEVER spend another dollar at this location. The old Indian gentleman working inside showed some of the coldest, most disrespectful customer service I have ever experienced. My daughter urgently needed to use the restroom. I told him plainly that we were about to order food, but she needed to use the bathroom FIRST. He refused. I explained it again. He STILL refused. Over a bathroom. For a child. From customers who were literally standing there preparing to purchase food. There is absolutely no excuse for treating a child that way. No compassion. No common sense. No basic human decency. What bothers me most is knowing that one day he, someone he loves, or one of his own grandchildren may desperately need a little kindness from another human being. I genuinely hope that when that day comes, he remembers exactly how he treated my daughter today. Sometimes people do not understand how cruel their behavior is until they find themselves needing the very same grace they refused to give someone else. After YEARS of supporting this location, I am completely done. I will gladly take my money somewhere else. Management needs to seriously address this gentleman’s behavior because if this is how customers—and especially children—are treated here, this establishment does not deserve their business.

  My Uber Eats sandwiches were PERFECT. Received items quickly and still warm.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE! The store was supposed to open at 7:30am and the owner did not get to the restaurant until 8:17am then as I was trying to tell him I had a online order and had to be at work so could he cancel it. NO he ran and locked the door and as I was knocking on the window he sat and ignored me. Once he opened the door at 8:27am I informed him I just need my order cancelled he said he didn’t get my order because they were closed and I told him they was supposed to be open when I made the order he then says he had to deal with traffic (I live in Clarksville and leave early enough obviously that I’m able to stop and pick up food so that’s an excuse) but then says “you placed an order at 7:30…” WAIT how would you know that if you didn’t get my order! So now I have to dispute the transaction and never even offered to make my food! Read the review and go to the corporate location at loves off trinity! FYI I do have videos of this interaction!

  Buddy cut my sandwich without cleaning it off from the last one. No restroom. Seemed very penny pinchy. I have to say the service was incredibly fast for a subway. Also looked fairly clean. Not really wanting to go back though. I have food restrictions so cross contamination is a big no no for me personally . Might check it out in the future if I hear something better I'd love to update my review.
