    The man the was working so slow. It took him 25 mins to fix our sandwich. The line was so backed up customers had to sit and wait to order. Also I was also charged extra for vinegar packs. I have never been to a subway that charger for sauce. This was a crazy subway I have ever been in

    Is this seriously a sandwich I paid 6 dollars for? This is a sad excuse for a sandwich. I ordered online, clearly a mistake. I paid for extra protein and it looks like I got less…? The sandwich was hollow inside and there seemed to not have been lettuce in there other than a few strands. I mean the protein they are clearly trying to be cheap, but seriously the lettuce? Couldn’t even put a decent amount in the sandwich to even say you put some in there. Highly and extremely disappointed!

    Bad experience here. I asked to an employee that “will my coupon work or I need to use it online and order pick up”, he said it’s fine but then end up adding additional charges for meal.. full of confusion. Not a matter of a dollar or two but feels like betrayal or wrong..

    Hello so this is my first and last time eating here and i came here because this is WAS my favorite food branch and i came here due to rest stop because i live in nyc, so i ordered food and strictly put toasted and before they even made the food i said to toast the food and like he and she said it will be toasted in such an aggresive tone and so when i got my food the person serving was super disrespectful to me and my uncle, and after we inspected it we took it up and asked him why is it cold and he said it’s the way it is he can’t do anything and spoke super disrespectfully and told me to either eat or get out and they were laughing at us in their language which i kinda understood and they were calling me stupid and fat please do something about this

    This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. The employee was difficult to understand and communicated in a confusing and unprofessional manner. I also felt disrespected, especially as a woman. I was there with my child, who is under 2 years old, and the poor service made it difficult for us to even eat comfortably. We asked for the bread and cheese to be heated, but they were not. When we questioned it, the staff insisted it was hot and claimed that the bread simply becomes cold after coming out of the oven. When we asked them to check it themselves, they continued to argue instead of resolving the issue. One employee even reheated another piece of bread and rudely told us to “see, it’s already cold.” Overall, the service was extremely disappointing, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I would not recommend this location based on this experience.
