  Staff was very friendly and got my order prepared quickly. The bread was soft and the vegetables were fresh.

  I have given this location multiple chances and it never seems to be right. Today after communicating several times and slowly for the man who from what I gathered didn’t speak English well, he still couldn’t grasp “cookies instead of chips”. A standard subway allowance when getting a combo, and have done for years at different locations. He over charged me, didn’t give me a receipt so I could check if I was right, and only after I was about to leave he said grab your chips I knew I was right. This location has been poorly ran for years, yes it’s remodeled but the business is still poorly ran by rude incompetent staff who have a higher chance of messing your order up than getting it right.

  Very nice people who go the extra mile. Avoid the Subway at 162 4th Ave and come to this one just a couple short blocks away.

  Nice people, but they never read my instructions to heat it. I've been to this location probably 30 times and I would say only three or four times have they actually made my sandwich correct. Super frustrating.

  I would like to get a chance to experience it but it’s always closed 30 minutes before it’s supposed to be even with the open sign still on.
