  My experience with Ms Ashton Himmelsbach at the Morford Agency was superb! Not only was she professional, knowledgeable and efficient helping me, she was one of the most pleasant "professionals" I've had the pleasure to speak with. It's hard to find people who are kind and patient to older people. Especially when it means so much to many of us. Keep up the good work!

  We had been with our previous Insurance Carrier FBTN for over 20 years after going years without any claims we had to file a couple. 1auto and 1 on our home that is when the rate increases started coming and being told we could be canceled if we had another claim. So we started shopping for a new carrier and I am so glad we did, That is when we found Robert at Allstate we got so much better coverage at a lower rate, with an Agent that really cares about the clients. We had an allstate roadside policy already but didn't have the account number I was stranded with a flat tire and it was 5 o'clock on a Thursday afternoon nobody wants to be bothered by a ringing phone , however Robert got me the account number and text to make sure we got the service we needed that was a week before we even decided to change our insurance carrier that told us what kind of service we would receive. Thank you Robert .

  Mr Cole was extremely helpful in finding me the best policies for me. He answered all my question, made me laugh and related to me on a human level. I've heard excellent things about Allstate customer service. If any of them are as good as Cole I can see that statement to be true. No bots or recordings just human to human. No spam calling like when you search online for quotes.
