  Absolutely fantastic stay. Staff was excellent and courteous. Breakfast was... Well, it was breakfast. And it was free. It wasn't anything special or something horrible. Perfectly neutral. The rooms were good, bed was a little bouncy for our tastes but it was clean, immaculately so, although the barnyard door to the bathroom didn't quite function properly because some previous guest had slammed it or something and knocked it out of the guide, but the shower was incredible, seriously a wonderful stay and I will be back there the next time I'm in Nashville.

  Staff was great, we had a room where the air conditioner needed repair, they quickly handled it!!! So thankful!, rooms were clean! Easy to airport! We did not get to do breakfast due to early flight but im sure it was good looking at facility, fitness center was nice! We will book here again

  Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti, durante un weekend di luglio. Fin dal nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato alla reception personale molto gentile, disponibile e soprattutto paziente con noi, visto che non parliamo molto bene inglese. La camera era fresca, confortevole e abbastanza pulita. Abbiamo trovato solo una piccola “sorpresina” nella doccia: probabilmente il personale delle pulizie aveva dimenticato una piccola palla di pelo. Molto comodo il parcheggio e davvero ottima la colazione a buffet, con uova, bacon, salsiccia, waffle, yogurt e frutta... Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno e lo consigliamo sicuramente.

  Such a beautiful place! Very clean with beautiful views. Pool area was so relaxing. Very quiet area. Best customer service! Our battery was going low on our door, we messaged and within an hour someone was here to fix it. I highly recommend this wonderful property! We will be back next year 😊

  Unfortunately, this hotel was a big disappointment for us. We had originally booked a three-night stay, but after the first night we decided to check out early and move to a different hotel. Our biggest concern was the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. It simply did not feel clean or well maintained, and there were multiple things in the room that made us uncomfortable staying there. I've included photos with this review so others can see the condition we experienced rather than just taking our word for it. The noise was another major issue. We could hear so much throughout the night which made sleep difficult and minimal. The pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I actually ended up sleeping without a pillow because that was more comfortable, and my husband woke up extremely stiff the next morning. Between the condition of the room, the noise, and the lack of comfort, we knew after one night that we did not want to spend the remainder of our Nashville stay there. We checked out the following morning and moved to another nearby hotel. The difference in cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere was immediate and confirmed that leaving was the right decision for us. We did appreciate that after checking out early, we were ultimately able to receive a refund for the two unused nights. We're grateful that portion of the situation was resolved. Unfortunately, based on the room we received and our experience that night, we would not stay here again.
