  MEGHAN provided excellent personal attention. She was able to help me ship some valuable family items at a reasonable price. I was very appreciative that she helped me to do this economically and not drive up the price. Sorry to hear that this location is closing August 31 this year and Megan is a great employee. The venue has entry and free van accessible parking in front with a ramp entry medium pool door and the counter is accessible height.

  Other than the kind of strange hours, our experience here and with the staff was great! She was very helpful. Went the extra mile to figure out how to ship something when the bar code wasn't working and was just plain nice. The location is a little tucked away and Google maps didn't get us there initially but we figured it out.

  I have now had 4 packages sent to my house by mistake over the last 6 months. FedEx told me they would pick them up and never did. They actually asked me to drop them off at a facility near me .I refused because I am not doing their job. The first two I managed to track down the people it was meant to go to because there was a phone number on the package and they had to come and pick up a huge baby crib that was delivered to my house. It's ridiculous and right now there are two packages outside of my gate that have still not been picked up 5 days later
