  I use FedEx office a lot — for very specific type of jobs. I needed a refund because of printer error and the manager could not figure out how to work their systems and then argued with me about how many receipts I had for the work I just completed. When I checked my bank account I was right — 2 invoices. The manager here doesn’t know how to do her job and she was rude . I’ll keep my business at the other locations.

  Huge shoutout to Bre and Kel for their kindness and their patience tonight. They allowed me to stay for some time after the store closed so that I could get some important documents faxed out. Thank you both!

  Rude staff. Stood at the counter for a long time until someone finally paid attention to us. Then they acted like we were an inconvenience to them.

  Very disappointing experience. I went to this FedEx location today around 8:15 AM just to print one document. The employee working in the printing area was extremely unhelpful and made me feel like she didn’t want to assist me at all. I ended up leaving without even being able to print my document. I was very disappointed with the way I was treated. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I definitely would not recommend this location.
