Honestly one of the most helpful and reliable customer service businesses I interact with! Not something I expect to think about a massive chain. The staff are really helpful and if ever there is an issue, they problem solve quickly.

Due to repeated issues with my local FedEx ground carrier, leaving packages at random addresses, and their customer service team being unable to remedy the situation I have been utilizing the FedEx office on West End Ave. for about 22 months and visit the location on a weekly basis to claim items that I have had held at Location when being delivered by FedEx.
On my most recent visit, I went in on a Sunday afternoon and when I arrived, there were no other patrons in the building, but there were three employees.
Not a single employee provide provided any kind of greeting, and as I stepped up to the normal area with my drivers license, ready to go one employee in particular, Shonda, just stared at me, saying nothing. When I said hello, she asked what I wanted. I explained I was here for a pick up and she confirmed whether it was a package or print order.
Then, for the first time in all my time coming to this location, I was asked for the last four of my tracking number. I explained that I did not have my phone on me and I typically only had to present a valid ID along with the first and last name on the package.
Shonda rolled her eyes and said “You will need the full tracking regardless.”
After a bit of back and forth about the inconsistency, I left to get my phone and the tracking. When I renters the same employee ignored me until I asked if she was ready for the number. She replied “I’ve been waiting on you.”
She left for some time to locate the package and returned to the counter. I continued to search my email for the full tracking, and Shonda just stared at me from the computer and repeated “I’m waiting on you.”
In frustration, I replied “Oh, nobody said anything so I wasn’t sure.” She scanned my DL and said nothing else. A receipt printed but was not offered, and not once was I asked for the full tracking.
Not sure if this individual was just having a bad day or what, but I think some general customer service training could benefit some staff at this location.
Local, close, and friendly!
Tina is the best, she went above and beyond to help me. I hope she won’t leave this location. She seemed like such a kind person.
I don’t often meet workers who will go and step by step calmly and politely help you all the way, even if your question does not make a lot of sense.
I came in not knowing how to go about a task I had. Tina helped me find a quick easy, best and elegant solution.
Hope management sees this!

I had a really frustrating experience at this FedEx Office location on Sunday, May 3rd around 5 PM.
I brought in my own prints and simply asked for them to be hole punched and spiral bound. It took about 30 minutes just for that basic service. When I got the book back, the quality was extremely poor. The pages were not aligned, some were mismatched, and the spiral didn’t even go through all of the holes. It honestly looked like something thrown together with no attention to detail.
I brought this to the assistant manager’s attention and instead of helping resolve it, he became argumentative. He insisted the issue was because my pages were different sizes, which was not true. I literally showed him the pages were all standard 8.5 by 11 and he still pushed back. At one point he told me if I kept “arguing” he could have had a whole new book printed in eight minutes, which didn’t make sense given it took 30 minutes just to bind this one.
In the end, I was still charged and only given a two dollar refund for a clearly subpar product.
I’ve used other FedEx locations, including the one in Nashville Yards, and have consistently had great experiences. This location was the complete opposite. Poor quality and unprofessional customer service.
I’m not asking for anything unreasonable. If I pay for a service, I expect it to be done correctly and handled professionally if something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
