  Worst experience. One of the employees (Don’t want to give out her name) took 30 minutes to ship two boxes I had. The boxes were not even heavy- about a pound each. Every time I go there, it is her behind the desk, and the way she works, you can tell she doesn’t wanna be there. She acts like she’s doing us a favor. She acts rude, types really slow, keeps looking around rather than getting the box labels printed and getting the work done. I wish they had another FedEx close to me!

  Michelle and her team at FedEx are top notch. The customer service is excellent, and they’re always so personable! Thank you for all of your help as always.

  Eboni at this location is one of the sweetest most efficient personel at this establishment. Her kind and speedy service makes visiting this location worth it. All in all most of the staff here is hard working and deserve a raise.

  I was on vacation in Nashville and had to get some very important documents for a real estate closing out to Boston . The documents printing from my phone were printing over letters ( like double vision ) and the manager was able to correct the effect and get the documents out on time . I thought I wrote his name down but I cannot find it . Great office and I would highly recommend. Linda from Fl

  I would like to take a moment and recognize a few employees at the West End location. Michelle answered my call and was very informative and positive that she could take care of the job I needed done. I proceeded to the store where I was greeted by Michelle and she went straight to work on my project. She then involved a young lady Patrice to help out which by the way she was very attention focused in getting my job done. When we hit a snag in my project Patrice called Cenzie over for advice and together as a team they did an AMAZING job completing my project. These 3 employees are definitely an asset to your company!!! Pam Armstrong
