  Unprofessional Handling & Unresolved Delivery Issue My experience with this shipment was extremely frustrating. According to the tracking details, the package was dropped into a parcel locker, but I was never sent the access PIN code required to open it When I reached out to customer support to get this sorted, instead of taking ownership or helping resolve the issue, I was just passed around with no actual solution. It is disappointing to pay for a service and then be left entirely on your own to figure out how to retrieve your items. Poor communication and zero follow-through. I hope they address this process failure for future customers.

  I went there yesterday with my husband to drop off a package and the older white lady served us and she was very rude inpatient and going to charge us for a box 30 dollars and didn't help us at all so I went to another place and no problem at all they took the package .
