  Team is friendly in person but they intentionally do not answer their phone. I let them know this after trying to speak with someone on several different days at all different times. They did not seem concerned. I also tried calling them while in their office, 3 employees were in, no one answered. If you can’t work with them in person, you will not be able to get help.

  After finding this location on FedEx website I rushed there to ship 3 bolts of fabric (large & heavy items). Upon arrival, I found I had to park my car, carry items through 3-4 sets of doors, down many stairs and about 200 yards through hallways to FedEx office. Once there I was told that in addition to my $92.00 shipping charge they ALSO charge a "HANDLING FEE" of $15/item! This is NOT INDICATED on any website info. It's in a hotel so if you're adding a fee, at least indicate that in your location info! That would have been an EXTRA $45 for my 3 items. Do not use this location.
