  The people here are incompetent and rude. They close midday for no reason with a truck on the way. They deserve to be fired and DHL is trash

  Nightmare getting a package. 5 days late, could not deliver and hours of operation are incorrect. Hours of operation show 6 o’clock close they closed at five, causing me a wasted trip.

  Absolutely terrible. They advertise as this establishment being open on Saturday's it is not. It is currently 5:20 and they are supposed to be open until 6. Mind you I got here at 3:30 WAY BEFORE CLOSING TIME AND I SAT HERE FOR TWO HOURS! I was told they would be open and from the looks of it inside nobody has been here all day. So this establishment is NOT OPEN on SATURDAYS AT ALL. The house of operation are listed as them being open from 11A.M to 6 P.M it is not true. So if DHL says they allow you to pick up packages from their Service Points on Saturdays ITS A LIE DONT waste your time.

  Akilah gets 5 Stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ DHL gets a ⭐️ We have a difficult situation. 2 pieces of our luggage shipped by DHL thru Luggage Forward from Lisbon have been lost since May. We were at a loss of what to do. Akilah Williams at the DHL office in Nolensville, TN helped us tremendously. She walked us thru steps to take, provided direct phone numbers etc. She was professional, competent, sympathetic and kind. We now know our luggage arrived in the US, then was returned to Lisbon for some unknown reason, and is now sitting at the DHL Rua D location. While we do not have our luggage, we know where it is. And we are very grateful for Akilah. She is a wonderful employee and DHL is lucky to have her.
