  I had a very disappointing experience with DHL customer service. I chatted online with an agent named Jessica on the morning of July 20, 2026, and the service was unprofessional from start to finish. Jessica first told me that my package had been rescheduled for delivery on July 20, but only a few minutes later changed the delivery date to July 21 without any clear explanation. The inconsistent information left me confused and unsure of what to expect. What frustrated me the most was that Jessica ended the chat without letting me know she was closing the conversation or confirming that my issue had been resolved. I was still typing my response when the chat suddenly ended. Customers deserve accurate information and the opportunity to finish their conversation before an agent disconnects.

  A company as big as yours doesn’t even have a way for customers to speak to a real person about a package. That alone tells me how little you seem to care about your customers. My shipment was supposed to arrive yesterday, but it hasn’t moved since it reached the Cincinnati hub. Now there’s no updated delivery date at all. Why did I pay extra for expedited shipping if you weren’t going to deliver it on the promised date? The most frustrating part is that there’s no one I can contact to get answers. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I expect better from a company of your size.

  Negative 5 stars. Was supposed to receive a package this past tuesday. Contacted them on wednesday, and the one "human" i was actually able to message said it was scheduled to be delivered that same wednesday. and of course no delivery happened. Spent all morning thursday trying to call and talk to someone and of course no combination of options actually gets you anywhere. All of the comments on here about how bad the service is are correct. The positive ones are probably paid for bots. There is nothing redeeming about this service. I just want my product that i paid for. As far as im concerned, this is theft. They have no right to hold onto peoples property the way they do and not even allow them to contact them about it.

  Hize un envío de Colombia acá y piden documentos y muchas cosas cuando son solamente una pieza por ejemplo una camisa y una gorra piden facturas y de qué tela es si es original o no no lo recomiendo
