  If I could give them 0 starts I would! Worst customer service as they refuse to exchange my belt for a different size. I bought it less than a month ago. I would never buy anything again from Celine and specifically this boutique in Nashville!

  Super friendly sales associate. He made some great recommendations based on how I would be using the bag and the materials the bag was made out of and the craftsmanship of the bag. Also advised which styles were limited and would not be available anymore. Highly recommend this location

  I recently made a purchase from the Celine in Nordstrom at Tennessee. I am from Texas, so I was a bit worried it would all be done via phone and be a hassle. I got in contact with the store and spoke to Joey. When I say this gentleman far exceeded my expectations, I mean it! He went above and beyond to provide the best customer and service and ensure I got the product on time. He was very patient, understanding, and kind with me. I will definitely continue doing business with them, and Joey will always be my go-to person! If you ever go to their store, ask for Joey! You won't regret it!

  Sales associate this evening was tremendously rude and unhelpful. I’d have left with a belt, a perfume, earrings, and sunglasses had he not have been so terrible. Super disappointing. Go to the Chanel counter, that man was so sweet and wonderful.
