Horrible shower pressure, barely came out. A/C turned on for a few minutes, then shut off before reaching setpoint. Breakfast only until 9am. Very clean hotel, the breakfast is very good as well. Price was good, beds were comfortable.

We were here for a long weekend visiting family. This was an ideal location. It was close enough to downtown Nashville be yet far enough away to pay a reasonable price. The continental breakfast delicious and was nicely maintained. The lady who organized the breakfast was very nice and made sure everything looked nice and clean. The hotel was very quiet. I would recommend staying here.

Next to some busy roads, but the hotel staff were fantastic! One of the best breakfasts I've had at Best Western. Close to a lot of stuff in West Nashville. Had a great stay and will consider returning next time I am in Nashville.

It was a descent experience. The young man gave me the floor I requested. We had a hiccup at first upon my arrival because I was not told they didn't accept Chime. Thank God I have a Bank of America account! The young fella at the front desk seemed to get a little frustrated but I cracked a few jokes to keep myself from getting upset and that seemed to lighten the mood.Lol. It worked out in the end. Our stay was great!
