  Have been to this location before and the customer service has been great. This morning, completely opposite from my last visit over the previous weekend. Waited along with another gentleman that was in front of me. I had been waiting for over 5 minutes so not sure how long the other gentleman had been waiting. Keeping it simple, waiting at the front counter without even being acknowledged with “someone will be with you soon” or something like that would have been fine. However, we really were just ignored by both front counter employees. The Commercial person when asked said that she couldn’t help the first person because she was for commercial customers only. However, no one was with her, off the phone and didn’t look busy. After I expressed some concern about them not helping or even acknowledging customers that have been waiting for a while (without raising any voices), the other front desk male said “you can go to AutoZone” under his breath in a completely unprofessional tone. Was he with someone else, yes, but he didn’t mind saying something when a concern was voiced about their customer service. Sad that this Advance Auto Parts this morning has front counter people that are unprofessional, disrespectful to customers and could care less that the employer that pays them a paycheck will be losing business to a competitor just down the street. I don’t list the names of the front counter people because I don’t know their situation and may need the job but they know who they are and should know they have poor customer service skills. Whether they care or not, who knows. I don’t because I will be shopping at AutoZone or another Advance Autoparts like the ones in Nolensville and Cool Springs. These front counter employees could learn a lot from the Advance Auto employees in Nolensville and at Cool Springs.
