  I ordered 30 hot honey rub, large fries ranch and hair was in my food.I called and the lady said she would put my name in the book. call to get the replaced order and they gave me the run around so I had to disposed with my bank.Very poor customer service

  I just want to brag on Olandis at this location. When I came in, I was greeted with a friendly smile and amazing customer service. As I was waiting i was listened to a customer speaking with the same person that gave me amazing customer service. However, this customer was very disrespectful, Difficult, and belligerent to the employee. To the point that i wanted to confront him. Olandis Remain calm, did not raise his voice and Handle the situation with grace. props to that Olandis ! When I receive my food, he came out with a smile, and my food was delicious and fresh. I will definitely be returning. Give him a raise why don’t you .

  I would like to file a complaint regarding an extremely unpleasant experience I had at the Murfreesboro Memorial Wingstop location on Sunday, May 24th, around 8:40 PM. The male shift supervisor on duty was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional during my interaction with him. His behavior made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected to the point that I chose not to place my order and walked out in order to prevent the situation from escalating further. The interaction felt hostile and, based on the tone and treatment I received, appeared to be racially motivated. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism regardless of who is serving me. I am very disappointed by this experience because no customer should feel unwelcome or targeted while simply trying to order food. I hope this matter is taken seriously and properly addressed with the employee involved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
