    The store manager, Jonathan, was super great and patient with me when helping me make a flyer! Appreciate him and the employees of this store for their help!

    The girl that waited on me was great. Thorough, polite and efficient. I didn't tell her I wanted overnight -not certified (which is what I said at first.) And a man (who was acting like a supervisor). With a slightly raised voice, berated her publicly with 3 customer in the store and other employees all who were at desk area. I then publicly returned his public announcements, stating she was fine. I was the one who did it wrong. Asked for wrong thing. She had successfully completed the task I asked for. I got to my car when I realized it was wrong. Then I suggested to do that NOT IN PUBLIC, BUT PRIVATELY.
