  Bailey is always so helpful and patient when I come in with buckets of returns. They always have a smile and never complain when the app isn’t working. They make it a pleasant process and earn my continued visits of this location!

  We have been waiting for this UPS store to open for some time and we are happy to have them in the neighborhood. The staff are friendly and happy to help. A shout out to Bailey who is always professional. We have used their printing service for large scale blueprints, Amazon returns and general mailing.

  Usually wouldn’t leave a review for a business like this, but they left a really good impression on me. So I wanted to return the favor. This is one of the most helpful and useful UPS stores in the area. I run an online store and constantly have to ship out packages, obtain boxes, and supplies. The staff is excellent and run a clean efficient operation. Shout out to Shawn!!! He personally helped me figure out the best way to ship a package and he ended up saving me a couple bucks. Super helpful for someone like me where shipping is a huge overhead costs. They also don’t shame me for having multiple packages like some other places… Also Amazon returns here are easy peasy. I’m glad this new location opened up. It’s being ran exactly how you’d expect. Great management and staff. No issues or complaints from my multiple visits.

  Officially my favorite UPS location. Casey and Shawn were awesome. I don’t normally love running errands like this. But the second I walked through the door, I was greeted by two smiling (and handsome) faces. They were both kind, helpful, and friendly. The service was top tier. Quick, efficient, personable—perfect. Thanks guys!!

  Today I went into the UPS Store on Veterans Parkway in Murfreesboro. I had no idea there was a store located here. The store was beauty inside, clean, bright, and as soon as I entered I was greeted by Shawn. Shawn was so efficient and pleasant! Customer service nowadays is something that we don't always encounter and let's face it we live in a world that everyone focuses on the negative and not enough people take the time to show appreciation for working with the public when it's done well! Thank you Shawn for making my dreaded trips to ship things back a pleasant and painless one! I'll be back to see you guys!
