Bailey was so so helpful. It’s a little bit overwhelming walking into the ups stores as I’m not used to it. But they were patient And kind. Definitely coming back to this location

My printer was broken, and Shawn helped me out with printing my labels for my drop off. Quick and easy, got my drop off receipt. Will be seeing him again soon, since this is the closest UPS to me. If you're reading this Shawn, thanks again!

Great service. I was in a rush during a lunch break to print some legal documents. The store was full! Yet, it didn't matter at all. The employees were helping everyone so quickly. I got Shawn, and he ensured all of my documents were printed correctly. He handed me my documents, and I scanned through them and saw that one was a bit cut off. I told him, and he was extremely apologetic and offered to reprint and throw the problematic page in their shredder. After that, it looked great. I don't usually leave reviews, especially for a shipping company, but I was so impressed with the speed, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff. Shawn was on top of things and moved me through very quickly. I was even able to grab a quick lunch afterward, even though I assumed this would take my whole break. Everyone in the surrounding area should choose this UPS location!

Really good experience at this location. Shawn was very welcoming and helpful from the moment I walked in. He answered all my questions and made sure everything was handled correctly without making the process complicated. Great customer service and a very friendly atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location for any shipment and packaging work.
