  I had such a wonderful experience with Ann-Marie at UPS! She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free, and her positive attitude truly stood out. Great customer service can make all the difference, and Ann-Marie is a perfect example of that.   Special shout-out to TONY who was so patient and kind to me at UPS. I was unsure how to return items to Amazon because of a new phone and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. All employees there are great, but Tony is a notch about them all. Thanks, Tony!

  Here we are, weeks later with zero resolution. The owner says he has security video but won’t share it unless my husband spends more money to uber back to the store. I would think if the video showed an actual UPS truck picking up the package, he would be willing to share. My husband had to Uber to and from to ship a package to my son in Chattanooga. It’s two days later, the package isn’t found by the tracking number. No one can tell us if it even left the store, app shows that the label wasn’t printed until 1:19AM the day after he dropped it off during regular business hours. Store told us to call UPS, UPS said they have zero info on the package. I’m guessing my son’s new motorcycle seat walked right out the front door and not into a UPS truck. It cost us $150 to uber there and pay for shipping, not counting the cost of the actual item.

  This place is the best! Employees are knowledgeable, efficient, quick and very friendly; everything you want in a business. I highly recommend this UPS store!

  The guys here went above and beyond to help me get a large item returned to Amazon. Reymund and Camden were so helpful and made sure I was able to process my return with ease. I’d definitely hire them based on their customer service alone.
