  I go in to get a sandwich for dinner as ive had a long day. The 2 employees come out with cardboard boxes on their heads and proceed to try to make my food. eventually the one making my sandwich says "i cant see" and takes the box off of his head. Then, without changing his gloves from taking the box off of his head (Which im gonna guess was on the ground on the first place), goes back to making my sandwich. That is a health hazard and i should contact the health inspectors.

  Didn't seem to focus on making my order decided to cheese some bread and put it in the oven while I waited on my sandwich no interaction with a customer just talk to each other

  We live near this location and have been ordering subs here for years. We’ve consistently had great food and zero bad experiences. I feel some of the negative reviews may come from misunderstandings or differences in communication styles rather than the quality of service itself. Regardless, my family genuinely enjoys this location and we’ll definitely keep coming back.

  Asked to.purchase additional chicken wirh my " baji chicken protein wrap" I was told I couldnt. Both staff told me I couldnt. The gentleman said extra chicken don"t fit in the little wrap. I said I would take the extra chicken on the side and pay for the extra ( wanted more protein). He refused. Lady asked " what I wanted", told her. She said, " you cant buy extra chicken with the protein wrap". Yet I have done this at numerous other subway locations. I explained I dont eat the wrap, just the inside. She ignored. The entire time they spoke to each other while moving hand motion towards me ( spoke a language. I still dont understand their refusal to allow me to make an additional purchase.

  Awful service. Rude. Every subway in this city is terrible, but this one takes the cake.
