  The worst service EVER….. I’m inside the store at 8:55pm & they close CLEARLY @ 9pm, & as I try to make a order for my food they say “yeah we closed” If that was the case, why not Lock the doors & cut the lights out.smh Making sure I NEVER spend another penny at this subway, & anybody that I know also. Just weird behavior.. I wanna say something else, but I like to think in 2026 we are past that

  They are under cutting the appropriate portions! I bought two footlongs yesterday and they only put 6 slices of meat of each foot long sandwich! Lettuce and other vegetables looked old.

  Today, I went to Subway to buy dinner and I ordered a Philly Steak. The employee started preparing it, but she used very little meat, different from other Subways I have visited. I asked her to add salami because I saw the sandwich was very light on meat. When I went to pay, I told her to charge a drink, a chip, and to prepare two more Philly Steaks to go. However, the girl got upset because she had to put her gloves back on and prepare the sandwiches again. I just wanted to pay for everything, eat there, and have her prepare the other two while I ate. But she, annoyed, only charged for the Philly Steak. I took that Philly Steak to the table, and then I went back to get the drink and chip to pay. When she saw me take the chip and drink, she yelled from the register that she hadn't charged me for it. I replied, 'Okay, that's fine, I know, I checked my receipt, and I will pay for it.' At the register, I asked her if she was okay, because I did not like her service. I do not recommend this place because of the poor attention from that employee who works there, of Indian origin."

  Absolutely the worst location in town. Rude people work there with absolutely no respect. They use the same gloves for everything, food, register back to back. I ordered 4 steak sandwiches and all of them barely had anything to eat. Literally was eating bread with nothing else. Don’t waste your time and money at this location.

  This is the Subway inside Walmart on Old Fort Pwky. Their food is good. But lacking in service. I was in Walmart today and thought I would get a sub to go. I had some coupons and there was a very nice man that had let me go in front of him. There was two of each of the coupons so I offered the nice man the half of coupons I would not use. We get these free in our mailboxes. When I got ready to pay the guy checking me out said in a very rude voice like a threat and said don't you ever share coupons in my store again. Everyone is having a hard time right now and I don't think this store is going to go bankrupt over a person who tries to help another person sharing something as small as a coupon. I somehow held my tongue while talking what he said. But I will never go back in that store again.
