It wasn't easy, but the problem was caused by the eBay AI that couldn't do the triple labels. FedEx staff were polite and tried hard.

What a terrible experience at FedEx. I simply went in to drop off a battery in its original box, and the employee who helped me was extremely rude and disrespectful. She wouldn’t even let me explain anything. From the second I walked in, it was just “no, no, no” without even listening to a single word I was trying to say.
There’s a big difference between following company policies and treating customers like they’re a problem. If you’re that unhappy and miserable at your job that you can’t show basic courtesy, then maybe it’s time to quit and find something that actually makes you happy.
Good customer service costs nothing, but clearly kindness is a luxury that some people simply don’t have. Very bad experience and a completely unnecessary attitude.

I ship large parts to my company and JUDY was about as rude as they come. I'll never return to this location, not that FedEx cares. However the manager of this location should give JUDY a pep talk!
