  Williams was amazing. He really made the process of financing a 17 pro max really smooth. I would recommend this place and this guy 100% I Went to the store looking for copper and came out with gold 👍🏻

  The guy that works there in the mornings has the personality of a rock. I was joking with him about how the card reader was weird and he took offense to it and got super edgy and defensive over it... I had to tell him I didn't mean anything by it so he would quit being a prick to me. If you don't have a mild understanding of human interactions maybe you shouldn't be working in customer service?

  I went in last night to get an Iphone. The man behind the counter clearly didn't want to be bothered. He was on the phone with lady (not business related) and I kept telling him that he seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. He tried to discourage me from getting a phone because he didn't want to be bothered. When I walked out, he didn't say a word...he was too relived that he didn't have to do his job, I guess. I went home and called AT&T and got a wonderful deal. I guess it was a hidden blessing but it's still wrong to treat customers that way.

  I didn't get exceptional service with my phone
