  Purchased wiper blades with a warranty. Exchanged the wiper blades the first year with no problem until the next year when I found out, they did not disclose that I had to pay $9.00 to continue the warranty for $100 pair of blades, I would have gladly paid $9.00 to keep the warranty. I spoke to a store employee who called the manager while I was standing there, and the manager agreed to honor the warranty . The employee gave me a business card with the manager’s name on it. Went back with the vehicle to get the blades and was denied by Joe the store manager to honor their warranty. Called the corporate office and they stand behind their store and said I should have remembered from Two years ago that we were supposed to pay the warranty at every exchange. Apparently, it’s the customer‘s job to do the employees job at Advanced Auto. Plenty of other Auto stores out there. Will not use this chain again.

  I had an outstanding experience at Advance Auto Parts, and a big part of that was Joe, the manager. I came in after a pretty frustrating experience at AutoZone, and he completely turned things around for me. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took the time to listen, answered every question I had, and even helped me research the right parts for my truck. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which honestly made a huge difference. What stood out most was how much he cared about getting things right. He made sure I had exactly what I needed and walked me through how to install it properly. That kind of attention and customer service is hard to find. Because of this experience, Advance Auto Parts will definitely be my go-to from here on out. Really appreciate the help, Joe.
