  I had an outstanding experience at Advance Auto Parts, and a big part of that was Joe, the manager. I came in after a pretty frustrating experience at AutoZone, and he completely turned things around for me. Joe was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient. He took the time to listen, answered every question I had, and even helped me research the right parts for my truck. I never felt rushed or brushed off, which honestly made a huge difference. What stood out most was how much he cared about getting things right. He made sure I had exactly what I needed and walked me through how to install it properly. That kind of attention and customer service is hard to find. Because of this experience, Advance Auto Parts will definitely be my go-to from here on out. Really appreciate the help, Joe.

  Joseph Troup, the General Manager at store #6187, is an excellent subject‑matter expert. I came into Advance Auto Parts looking for a MAF sensor, and he immediately provided helpful information about my vehicle and common issues to look out for. He was very kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I understood what might be going on with my car. Joseph doesn’t treat people like they’re just another customer with a car problem — he asks questions, explains things clearly, and helps you think through all the possible factors. His customer service is outstanding, and I truly appreciate the time he took to help me.
