  I called the store at 9:15am Saturday the 25th asking for an automatic transmission filter, arrived at 9:32 to place the order in store, they let me know they don’t have it in stock across all locations and would be an order from worldpac but it would arrive at 3:00pm that day. They assured me they’d call with delays if there were any. I got no call and arrived at 3:10… no filter. Now apparently the filter won’t be in until Monday the 27th and it’s my only mode of transportation. I understand delays but I left my number and my account information to call and never got one now I have to either reuse a transmission filter or catch a ride to work. Could’ve used a call or any amount of accountability and honesty.

  I always have a great service Experience when I go to advance auto on Broad Street in Murfreesboro. Wesley was so helpful and friendly and kind. My headlights went out and I had to drive from Manchester. I didn’t want people to think I was driving a motorcycle so I kept my high beams on until I got to Murfreesboro. Th high beams irritated everybody else. I made it to Advance.Auto and Wesley helped me find the right headlight bulbs, he replaced them for me, he was friendly and kind. I want to give a shout out to tell Wesley. He is the best.

  This store used to be my go to for fluids and simple parts however the staffing and quality of employees has diminished tremendously. I would recommend to everyone to find another location.
