  I had a great experience at the Advance Auto Parts on Broad Street. Yesterday, while driving home, I realized I had no brake lights and needed a brake light switch as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the store was out of stock, but Stephanie went above and beyond to help. She even called a competitor to see if they had the part, just to make sure I could get back on the road. When she found a better option, she ordered the part for me, and it arrived exactly when she said it would. Not only was it about $40 less expensive than the competitor’s price, but the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. What started as a stressful and inconvenient situation turned into a great customer service experience because of Stephanie. She kept her word, got me the part on time, and had me in and out in no time. Employees like Stephanie are the reason people come back. Thank you for making a frustrating day much easier!

  I called the store at 9:15am Saturday the 25th asking for an automatic transmission filter, arrived at 9:32 to place the order in store, they let me know they don’t have it in stock across all locations and would be an order from worldpac but it would arrive at 3:00pm that day. They assured me they’d call with delays if there were any. I got no call and arrived at 3:10… no filter. Now apparently the filter won’t be in until Monday the 27th and it’s my only mode of transportation. I understand delays but I left my number and my account information to call and never got one now I have to either reuse a transmission filter or catch a ride to work. Could’ve used a call or any amount of accountability and honesty.
