  7/20/2026 My car battery was dead so I was boosted off. I drove to this Advance Auto and a sign was on the door that said no outside services were available due to low staffing until later in the day. I went home. I needed to be boosted again. I drove back to Advance Auto. I saw several employees both inside and out, and assumed that there was adequate staffing. I approached a man inside at the counter. I explained that my car battery needed to be checked after requiring a couple boosts. He gruffly said, "Well I'm leaving and so is he. But he (a man with a cart assisting others outside) can help you after he puts her battery on and checks his." slamming his fist down in frustration. I walked back outside, opened my hood and waited and waited. My car was running the entire time because I didn't want my battery to die again. None of the workers outside acknowledged me. They eventually took the cart back inside. I drove across town to another car parts store and was helped immediately even though they also appeared to be low on staff. I understand that low staffing can occur. I understand that it can cause wait times. I don't mind waiting at all but the level of unprofessionalism was astounding.

  Jenn from store 7813 Cookeville was helping at the MJ store when I came in for a few items. She was super friendly and helpful. I'm a female,and I always love seeing another female in a mans industry!!!!! I needed to get a few parts for my truck , and she was super knowledgeable. We have been shopping at this MJ since we moved here two years ago, and have spent a ton of money too! Jenn was the first one to ever ask if we wanted to spend reward money that we had in our account. No one has ever told us about these rewards. All I had to do was download the app, and could redeem them in store that day. I also looked at the expired reward money over the years ,we have shopped there, and we have missed out on over $500 in free money from this company! I m so thankful for Jenn working that day, and letting me know I had reward money! Im definitely reaching out to customer service about it! Thank you Jenn for all your help! You will go far in this life!!!
