  10/07/2026 @ 15:00…Absolutely the worst store I have ever been to. Employees were extremely dismissive as I am trying to get 21 packages sent out. Which I am aware is a lot of packages but good business for them. I tried asking for assistance with a batch shipment and the lady at the front just stared at her computer while telling me to go to a different store and try to get it to work. I even discussed seeing if we can manually create the labels and everyone looked around like we ain’t doing all that and proceeded to not help me and walked away to the back of the room. At this point I just left and will be going elsewhere and will never bring my business back. The only person that seemed to care about there job was the elderly lady which she was on her way out for the day.

  I just picked up my package from the Ups store and had to pay a $5 fee for the pickup. I did not request the delivery to be delivered to the store it just wound up there as an access point. To my knowledge no other access point charges to hold your package a package for pickup, including USPS or FedEx. Just a Ups package shipped to a "UPS" store.

  I went to the ups store to print some flyers, and they printed perfectly. It only took about 5 minutes to get them. Noah helped me and was great!!

  No notify after 4pm even though one is suppose to be on staff. they let their license expire. No notice anywhere
