    I come to this subway fairly often and for the most part it's always been decent. However, today I ordered a mobile order and when I took the first bite I knew something was wrong at first I thought my bread had gotten soggy till I looked a little closer and I noticed guacamole was literally oozing out of the sandwich. I did not request guacamole in fact I hate guacamole nor did I request anything on my sandwich that could have been possibly mistaken for guacamole and it wasn't just a layer of it, it was honestly a huge scoop, had I eaten it would have been like eating a guacamole sandwich it was so disgusting and I am beyond dissatisfied

    I placed an order that was supposed to be ready at 5:35, I arrived at 5:38. My order had not even been started on. Not a big deal, I went out to my car and waited a couple more minutes. I ended up asking them to cancel because I did not have the extra time to wait. The employee said, “Don’t be mad” “Don’t get me in trouble.” I was not mad, I was in a hurry. I’m not sure why Kayla the other employee present always feels the need to have a condescending attitude. They ended up voiding my order and when asked the reason I asked her to put customer refused so they didn’t get in trouble.

    I placed a mobile order and it was to be ready for pickup at 8:16, we arrive around 8:15 and we don’t see our order on the pickup rack so we wait a few minutes because it looks like there’s only one worker. And they were kinda busy with walk in orders so it’s understandable that our order wasn’t ready… we went to get drinks from the kenjo gas station while waiting for our order… as we were pulling away everyone in the store looks at us and the lady working throws her hands up… okay that’s fine, we knew we would be back for our order. We get back around 8:30… everyone looks at us pull up and we literally see a customer word “they are back” and the worker roll her eyes with an attitude. Very unprofessional and rude WITH still no order on the pickup rack… so we wait and wait. Another worker pulls up to relieve the current employee…. AN HOUR LATER our order was ready.

    The ladies that served me were very polite and kind. The food was made exactly the way I wanted and was delicious. My favorite Subway. Will certainly go back. Have a blessed day.
