  I've avoided this specific WingStop due to the reviews and I'm SOO mad that I did that for months and months. I came in here today and ordered food. I wanted Wingstop soooo bad while I was in Morristown so I figured I'd give them a shot despite the 3.6 rating. BOY AM I GLAD THAT I DID. Everyone here was sooo friendly and helpful. I placed a mobile order and arrived right when it was ready. I completely forgot to add the two side cups of ranch to my order, but ordered a big one on the side. Not only was my order EXACTLY the way I ordered it --> they ALSO added the ranch that should come with my order that I completely forgot to add. They took care of it for me without me having to say a thing. THAT'S SOME DANG GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE! The food was soooo delicious, fresh, and covered in sauce. I will be back and I will recommend this specific place!!

  I was in there earlier and called in an order for 30 wings when I got home they’re so tough. You can’t even buy into them. I called back and they won’t replace the whole order. They only place half of them because the employee gave me a discount which was still $30 for 30 wings with a discount. I have been there many times and never got wings like this. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back the manager is not respectful at all. She had an employee to call me besides her call me back when that is a manager‘s job not an employees.

  Good wings with a variety of flavors prices are reasonable check the app for deals Quick and friendly staff definitely worth a try

  I just wanted to highlight the wingstop in Morristown, TN. My daughter and I get the same order maybe once a month if not more for the past few months. Everything is always fantastic, always ready super quick and everyone is super friendly!! Highly recommend!!!
