  Me and my mother in law today went to eat at subway when we pulled into the parking lot our cars trunk popped open (its damaged and we use a wire to keep it shut but it had broke) as we were trying to fix it one of the employees came to ask if we were ok and actually fixed it for us in the rain which was really nice of him because we were struggling with it lol I didnt get his name but there was another employee his name tag said Caleb and he made our food and it was also very good and they both were very friendly. This all happened around 5:00 p.m. and as someone who has worked in food service I just wanted to say thankyou to them for going above and beyond for us even though they didnt have to. I almost always choose this subway because I always have a better experience thanks to the employees. I wish I had got the other employees name but I hope he sees this and knows we were both very thankful for the help

  PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT: I always go to Jersey Mike's but this day I decided to give subway a chance. Miss take!!! Hardly any toppings on it and the flavor was not flavoring. Subway employees need to take a trip to Jersey Mike's so they can learn how to make a sub.

  Stopped by this Subway in Morristown and had a good experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was courteous, and my order was prepared correctly. The vegetables appeared fresh, the bread was good, and service was prompt. It's always appreciated when a restaurant takes the time to provide friendly customer service and maintain a clean dining area. Overall, a pleasant visit, and I would stop here again when traveling through the area. GaB JR EXPRESS LLC.
