  Stopped by this Subway in Morristown and had a good experience. The restaurant was clean, the staff was courteous, and my order was prepared correctly. The vegetables appeared fresh, the bread was good, and service was prompt. It's always appreciated when a restaurant takes the time to provide friendly customer service and maintain a clean dining area. Overall, a pleasant visit, and I would stop here again when traveling through the area. GaB JR EXPRESS LLC.

  I came today for lunch to pick up my black forest footlong, the lady told me that they dont have ham with her attitude ( didnt even take seconds to give me an options yo sub). She didnt even said hi or welcoming me at all. I told her just give me turkey instead, but she only give me 1 layer of turkey instead of 2 since no ham. I forgot to choose toasted option in the app so i told her that what i wanted, she look at the receipt and told me that i didnt put it in the app, with attitude again. She didnt even say thank u or anything when hanging out my food. If you dont happy with ur job then stay home, dont come to work. I never come back here. If u want your business to be continued, train her again.

  I just want to say, the young gentleman that was working on 02/07/2026 around 6:45-7:00 PM. delivered the most amazing service I have received in quite awhile from a restaurant. He was very polite, efficient, and performed his job well. He made 2 footlongs in about 5 minutes and they were perfect. More restaurants need more young people like this. He took great pride in his job and cared about the customer. I wish I had took the time to get his name but I was so astonished with the service I did not think to. This young man deserves a raise and a promotion.
