  Stayed this past weekend, in town for a wedding. Check in was easy and quick, service friendly enough, we got to check in an hour early which was helpful for us since we had a wedding to go to. Breakfast was simple but had options which was nice. However. Door to building where room was located was busted and the card wasnt truly needed to access the building so thats a safety issue. The room we stayed in, the tv remote turned on and thats it, no other buttons worked. The shower head didn't work just the tub. The bed was as comfy as most hotel beds, but the ac turned on and off all night and it woke me up every time it turned on... so I got a few hours and that's it. Overall, wouldn't stay here again just based off those things.

  Nice place for the price. We stayed here in late September of 2026. Many updates and fresh upgrades make it feel clean and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Big spread for complimentary breakfast. Food was decent. Nice clean and quaint breakfast area. The entire footprint of the place is spread out, with multiple wings, sections, and upper/lower levels, so that made it a little confusing to navigate, but not too big of a deal. There are a few noticeable maintenance issues, like door jam that was kind of beat up, and we had a very SMALL leak under toilet tank, but nothing that hinders the overall stay. We reported these issues to the front desk at check out. Overall a nice place.

  This was, without a doubt, the worst experience my family has ever had at a Best Western. We have been staying at this location for more than three years, but unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. Several issues made our stay particularly frustrating. One family member was unable to have her room changed despite significant problems, including a non-functioning toilet. When she contacted the front desk for assistance, she was told they would not contact the on-call plumber over the weekend because they did not want to bother him. This was especially concerning given that addressing maintenance emergencies is part of the responsibility of an on-call plumber. There were numerous other maintenance and service issues throughout the weekend. A showerhead in one room would not stay in position, fresh towels were not provided, and the room phones were not working. Unfortunately, the front desk staff were not helpful or responsive when these issues were brought to their attention. The second-floor ice machine leaked continuously throughout the entire weekend. Although a wet-floor sign was placed in front of it, the machine was never repaired, leaving water on the floor for an extended period. Even more concerning, the ice machine was located directly in front of an entrance door that was apparently intended to restrict access to the property but was never locked. This raised serious concerns about both safety and security. Our room also had a significant amount of outside light coming in despite having all of the curtains fully closed. We even had to use pillows around the edges of the curtains in an attempt to block the light, yet the room still felt as though the curtains were open. There was also substantial light coming in around the hallway door, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was equally disappointing. On one morning, there was no coffee available. When we asked an employee about it, she brewed a small pot and placed it on the counter rather than providing the larger coffee carafe normally expected at breakfast service. The powdered eggs were also very disappointing and did not meet the quality I would expect from a hotel breakfast. What makes this experience especially frustrating is that we have stayed at this location for years and have continued to return because of our previous experiences. This visit was a significant departure from that standard. Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this Best Western location again, and I am very hesitant to stay at another Best Western property in the future. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses the maintenance, safety, cleanliness, and customer-service issues so that future guests do not have the same experience.
