  Went thru drive thru window today. Waited 7-8 minutes before someone came on to take my order. In the middle of my order the worker just stopped and I could see through the window they waited on someone who went inside. Then finally another worker came on speaker after waiting several more minutes and couldn’t understand what she was saying and had to ask order to be repeated multiple times and still didn’t take entire order. Watched that worker making making order in which I asked for mustard and could clearly see her saturate the sandwhich with extra which wasn’t asked for. Got to the window and had to finish asking for chips and a drink. Gave her my card to pay and watched her run the card print receipt and look at me and toss it in garbage. After I drove away I got the notification of the amount and realized I was overcharged for what I purchased and she had added a tip to the final amount without my approval. Sandwhich looked as if someone had smashed it when rolling it up. Definitely won’t be going somewhere that employees feel it’s okay to charge themselves a tip without asking again especially after poor service and product.

  Went in drive through at 6pm on 8/7/2026 was ordering three sandwiches was getting veggies on my second sandwhich an the worker apparently thought I was done an asked what veggies on the third I said "oh I wasnt finished with the spicy Italian sandwhich" he said pull around to window so i had my driver pull to window. When he came to window he asked again what veggies on third sandwhich I said again " I wasn't done ordering stuff on second sandwhich" (hadn't gotten sauce which was really the last thing to make it complete an no he didn't ask if I wanted any) he then got aggravated an said "that sandwhich is finished" so I told my driver to leave cause im not gonna be talked to like that or pay for food that's not gonna be the way I want it that's crazy so won't be going there again 🙃
