My grandson whom is a picky about his food, gives WingStop- Millington a 10 out of 10. He said the fries are the 2nd best he's ever eaten. (1st is a mom and pop in Los Angeles.)
He absolutely loved the chicken sandwich.

Employees were working in the kitchen without hair nets and gloves. I ordered online and picked up at the store and waited an extra 20 minutes after the app said my food should be ready by. He cashier wasn't prompt in taking people's orders. The sweet tea bin was only water and the unsweet tea tasted extremely old. All the floors were dirty from the dining area, hostess cashier area and kitchen area that I could see. Food was mediocre and not well seasoned.

Ordered food online and it wasn't ready until around 20-30 minutes after the expected time. And my food was wrong. When I brought it back, I got looks from the cooks like it was my fault and was told I got the correct size on my fries when it clearly was wrong. Not only that, I could hear them making rude remarks about my size all because they gave me the wrong order.
Be prepared to keep whatever it is they give you, regardless if it's wrong, or you'll be degraded in some way when you tell them they did their job wrong.

1st time to Wingstop, and is this what the buffalo ranch fries are suppose to look like???? we also ordered 2- 3pc tender combos and 10 boneless. Ordered at 12:14 and did not receive our order until 12:40, and we were the only ones in there. When we received the order we did not have the celery nor a fry that was with the combo. When we finally got someone's attention the girl took our bag back to the back only to tell us the fries would be ready shortly... Ok shortly comes around and these are the fries we received. I did not complain I just wanted what I paid for and because the 2 girls were upset at each other this is what I received. The salt was way to much, this was just from 1/4 of the fries and had to throw the rest in the trash. Needless to say we will not be back and definitely was not worth $40.
I visited this location on Friday, March 13, 2026, around 4:40 PM and I was extremely disappointed. A woman in the back was very loud; she had a raspy voice and honey-blond-ish dreadlocks. She was using profanity while customers in the front were waiting for their food. I was appalled by the lack of professionalism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a business setting and I am shocked that a manager or team lead didn’t address the issue. I will not be returning, especially if this is how business is conducted at this establishment.
