  This is my second time leaving a review , I guess the whole company got mad about the first review and banned my card because I was trying to place another order for delivery and they kept canceling the Order over and over I placed the other 5 times and they even tried to keep the money , and what did Wingstop company do ? NOTHING .

  This is the absolutely worst place in Millington. It has ratchet people running came in to place an order and a man’s order needed a refund. They couldn’t even give him any documentation about his refund. Just said it was gonna be processed back that he would see his refund eventually 3 to 7 business days. I simply made a suggestion to the man to get the guy‘s name in the GM‘s name that is going to refund him the money and then I was told the guy could not take my order. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The manager at this store needs to be fired and replaced as soon as possible. He has no customer service skills.

  I frequently stop by here to grab lunch, and I’m always impressed by the friendly and polite staff. Their combo sandwich is absolutely superb- fresh, delicious, and satisfying. Definitely one of my favorite lunch spots!

  Today was the day at Wing Stop because it changed my way of thinking.I have had some not so good experiences not at this particular location however the location in Millington as set the standard high on what customer service, friendliness, hospitality, and empathy for a customer look like.The manager Ms.Teena as also set the bar high for management she was very personal, kind, sweet, and worked diligently to making sure every customer that came through that door left with a smile and fresh order. I will most definitely be back. The atmosphere was neat, clean, trash free, and most of all the restaurant restroom was CLEAN.Thats was another A in the book for this location.

  Lots of young kids, cussing and talking very loud....uhhh and these were the employees 😬😔..Wings were OK.
