I don’t use cricket, but I just took a friend there today to pay their bill. First of all their location is not updated on Google their cell phone message when you call the number they give you still states they’re at that previous address. They haven’t been there for years. Once we finally found it the employee in charge that Day said that we have been begging cricket to change an update our information, and they simply won’t do it. Why would you go with the technology company that can’t even keep track of where their stores are. If I could give a zero to this company I would but hopefully somebody at cricket reads this. I’m in Millington Tennessee. You have to update your store address on Google Maps and you have to update your voicemail. Good luck to y’all cause you’re surrounded by Verizon T-Mobile and a dozen other cell service providers who are probably not gonna use you because they just can’t find you.

I had a serious problem with my phone today and saw a young guy named Jacob. He was wonderful! He figured out the problem by trouble shooting and ended up fixing my phone in no time. I was thrilled! His patience, attitude and knowledge was top tier. It was so refreshing to deal with an employee like him. Cricket, if you are reading this- give this guy a RAISE!!
