  I had a serious problem with my phone today and saw a young guy named Jacob. He was wonderful! He figured out the problem by trouble shooting and ended up fixing my phone in no time. I was thrilled! His patience, attitude and knowledge was top tier. It was so refreshing to deal with an employee like him. Cricket, if you are reading this- give this guy a RAISE!!

  They were very helpful. The person helping us stayed on the phone for over an hour so that my dad could keep his number when switching. Plus they have the best rates for reliable service in my opinion.
