  If I could give this place a 0 I would. I asked the guy if they had rotisserie chicken and he proceeded to make me a chicken bacon ranch sandwich. When I told him that’s not what I wanted he said you asked for chicken. I said no I asked if you had rotisserie chicken. I didn’t even get to ask for the type of bread I wanted and he gave me wheat. Then he proceeded to toast the sandwich which again I don’t like my sandwich toasted. He put all the vegetables and dressing on it and wrapped it up even after I said this is not what I wanted. I know they’re under new ownership that’s apparent when you walk through the door but it’s very important to listen to the customer who is stuck paying for something they don’t want. That sandwich went in the garbage and I wasted money because he didn’t listen. I ended up going to sonic and getting a burger because I can’t have half of what was slapped on that sandwich because of food allergies. This is why I go where I can see my food being made. So angry what a waste of money!

  I love Subway, NOT THIS LOCATION!! Tell me WHY, this LOCATION DOES NOT 🚫 participate in any promotions that you see advertised. This is why the McKenzie location rocks and has my business! Thought you all should know this before wasting your time. Good luck 🤞 and just to let you know the manager will not give you a break so don't even ask. Lesson learned, this is why this location sucks! 💯💯💯
