  I was just at the Wingstop on Elvis Presley in Whitehaven, Memphis TN and as I was about to give the cashier my debit card to pay I cancelled because one of the cooks pants were below his butt and his gross underwear had obvious holes in them. Very unappealing dealing with food so I drove another 10+ miles to the one in Southaven and it’s even worse. The cooks are on their unsanitary cell phones and sitting on the counters where food is placed. Wingstop has lost my business!!!

  ​I ordered 20 boneless wings, and it was hands down the worst delivery experience I’ve had. ​First, the packaging was terrible and completely unsealed, the container arrived covered in grease on the outside. When I opened it, the food was just as disappointing. The wings were cold, dry, and poorly prepared. Instead of actually tossing the wings in sauce, they just dumped a puddle of sauce at the bottom of the container and threw dry wings on top. ​Zero effort put into packaging or food quality. Save your money and order somewhere else.

  The girl working there has an attitude. She heard me ask for ranch 3 times. The guy has excellent customer service but because of her, i wont be back. Customer service skills is lacking.

  This little dark dude with hair shooting from under his hat was so extra rude to me and my friend. There was no greeting. He assumed we knew they were doing online orders only and just started practically yelling at us for a name. We assumed he was talking to the guy waiting before is, due to the fact he was sitting down. He stormed away all angry for nothing. Then, this other guy came up and told us they were only taking online orders. Like, how would I know that was a thing. I wouldn’t recommend this spot during night shift. Definitely if he works every Saturday night because his customer service was nonexistent.
