  Food is great and ALWAYS piping hot! This is because each order is "cooked to order" which means the food isnt pre-cooked. Once the order is received by the kitchen, that is when each meal is made! This is a great service but the con could be longer wait time. Overall A+ in my book!

  if I could give no stars I would’ve . just look at the pics why would you give someone this??? you wouldn’t take it I’m sure !!!! ts looks like someone has been eating out of the ranch from the dried up ranch spilled outside out the container and on the top makes me feel uneasy then my honey hot rub wings so wet like they added water doesn’t taste like honey hot rub at all.. now they are closed I AM LIVID!

  I have never had bad food from this location. The food be on point no complaints for the past 3 years. They be in there grinding and getting it done. When it’s pack and they humping the food still be on point unlike other locations I’ve tried.

  This establishment was horrible from the manager to the staff they all were on their phone nobody was doing nothing it's very unfortunate that these people's are in customers services and what's even sad is we are visitors and we are not from here and this whole establishment was trash very disappointing but I will be calling cooperate manager this is very unacceptable and it's not ok ar all. To think this ok no no I'm from Chicago and I will never be back. Here again
